About the role:
The Production Associate is responsible for the production of all products from the molding to the packaging.
This includes but is not limited to:
casting, molding, painting, cutting and packing.
They will also be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the production department.
This position reports to the Production Manager.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production of all products from the molding to the packaging.
Set up and operation of molding machines and other manufacturing equipment.
Assist in the cutting and packaging of metal parts using a variety of equipment including oxyacetylene torches, dies, grinders, and plasma cutters.
Perform quality control inspections on finished parts and inspects for proper fit using a variety of inspection tools such as 3-D printers, lasers, and plasma cutters.
Maintains a clean work area at all times.
Follows safety regulations at all times.
Maintains a positive attitude with co-workers and customers.
Works as part of a team.
Performs other duties as assigned by management or supervisor.
