This is a leadership position.
You are depended on by the organization to help meet operation goals by ensuring the products are available for shipment to all spoke DC's when they are to meet customer demand.
Lead and motivate a multi-faceted, diverse team and responsible for managing all operational aspects of the HUB Distribution Facility.
Plan and coordinate work; monitor and evaluate the performance of warehouse associates and supervisors; and manage all aspects of training and development of warehouse associates and supervisors.
Manages 1-3 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 5-35 employees in the Warehouse Operations, and Administration.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Exhibits leadership responsibilities.
Responsible for the successful implementation of all short- and long-range goals for the HUB Distribution Center assigned.
Specifically pertaining to goals regarding finance, operations, and human resources.
